Featuring local farm-to-table faire from Horsewood Catering served family-style, and desserts by Crave Kitchen.

Seed to Sequoia Sourdough -
Charcoal infused sourdough accompanied by Sawtooth Valley Mountain huckleberry butter

Grilled Pepper & Arugula Salad -
Hydroponic arugula tossed with mesquite smoked pepper, toasted chickpeas, smoked leeks, shaved Manchego, and oven dried tomatoes, topped with a roasted garlic vinaigrette

Cast Iron Roasted Vegetables -
Broccoli and asparagus tossed in local oregano and basil pesto and fried onions

Black Garlic Mash -
Idaho russets smashed with fermented black garlic and miso butter

Crystal Cove Piccata -
Pan roasted chicken cutlets tossed with artichokes, oven dried heirloom tomatoes, spinach, and a spring pea pinot sauce
